Every manager at L.J. Transportation, Inc. has over 20 years of personal experience in the transportation industry. It is this experience that enables us to avoid transportation problems other companies may not even foresee. Further, all of our account managers and reservationists have many years of experience. There is always an experienced and knowledgeable agent to take your reservation and answer any question you may have. All reservationists are trained in providing customer service using methods employed by the finer resorts. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. L.J. Transportation, Inc. has the most sophisticated computer program available to the transportation industry. This technology provides better reservation tracking, individual profiles to handle special requests, and quick comprehensive invoicing. Confirmations of individual and group reservations are provided as standard procedure of L.J. Transportation, Inc. This assures that nothing is missed and everything is to each client’s standards. Through years of experience, we have found that communication is the key to providing flawless transportation. Each vehicle is equipped with a cellular phone and every chauffeur has a pager and Nextel unit. This allows us to get a hold of our chauffeurs on a moment’s notice to determine their status, inform them of any changes, or convey information to clients. Our dispatchers monitor all flight information via our satellite tracking system. This system provides us with real time updates and enables us to be there on time, even if a flight arrives early. Our dispatchers also track our vehicles.

Applicants must demonstrate their knowledge of San Diego and Southern California, have a service background, a clean DMV report, professional appearance and demeanor, and demonstrate the ability to follow detailed instructions. All chauffeurs are required to pass random drug and alcohol tests.Chauffeurs must adhere to the policies within the Chauffeur’s Guide developed by L.J. Transportation, Inc., that covers everything from safe driving techniques to proper protocol with people of other cultures.Every chauffeur goes through extensive training that includes lectures, driving tests, and written tests.Meetings and evaluations are done routinely to review and implement the best service.Our Chauffeurs are the highest compensated in the industry.
