Through years of experience, we have found that
communication is the key to providing flawless transportation. Each vehicle is equipped with a cellular
phone and every chauffeur has a pager and Nextel unit. This allows us to get a hold of our
chauffeurs on a moment’s notice to determine their status, inform them of any
changes, or convey information to clients.
Our dispatchers monitor all flight information
via our satellite tracking system. This
system provides us with real time updates and enables us to be there on time,
even if a flight arrives early. Our dispatchers also track our vehicles.
