Our in-house reservation staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Payment methods can be tailored to each client’s needs. We accept all major credit cards, are able to bill your room or resort directly, and can set up corporate accounts.
Our chauffeurs will attend to your every need. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the area, they will also fulfill any individual request. This can include securing tickets to attractions, making reservations, confirming times, stocking each vehicle with beverages and snacks, etc.
On all airport arrivals, our chauffeurs meet guests inside the airport with a personalized sign, help with luggage, and have their vehicle waiting curbside.
Special client requests regarding particular chauffeurs or vehicles are always honored.
On-site coordinators and Nextel units for corporate meeting planners are provided upon request.
Bilingual chauffeurs and tour guides are provided upon request.

One other area in our company that gets as much attention as service is safety. We provide our clients with the safest possible transportation. This is accomplished by the following standards and procedures:

We only buy new limousines that are QVM certified. This means they have passed the safety standards set by the Federal Government. Other companies, to reduce costs, often buy limousines from builders that are not QVM certified.

We buy all of our sedans new. They are made specifically for the Livery industry. These sedans are classified as the “535 Livery Package” sedans. These sedans have functional upgrades necessary to meet the demands of the livery industry and to provide the utmost safety.

All of our vehicles are maintained on a strict schedule of safety inspections by a certified mechanic. In fact, we have them inspected more often than is required by the Public Utilities Commission.

We are very proud of our safety record. L.J. Transportation, Inc. was the first charter transportation company in San Diego to institute drug and alcohol screening of all its chauffeurs.

All of our chauffeurs are trained in defensive driving skills, and we hold regular meetings to discuss safety issues.
